Jouw taken:


Deputy Data Protection Officer

• You act as contact person for all data protection questions, for specific business departments.
• You support in all projects in which personal data are involved and you look for a compliant solution.
• You are responsible for drafting and reviewing processing agreements and privacy policies/guidelines.
• You provide advice on privacy-sensitive projects and oversee the implementation of data protection impact assessments.
• You closely monitor the register of data processing activities and ensure that it is up to date.
• By supporting audits, you ensure increased Data Protection compliance.
• You participate in awareness campaigns to make colleagues aware of data protection principles.

Jouw profiel:

• Je bent Master in de Rechten en hebt 3 jaar ervaring als jurist.
• Je hebt 3 jaar aantoonbare ervaring als DPO.
• Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in het opzetten van Dataverwerkingsregisters, templates en process agreements.
• Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
• Je hebt 3 jaar ervaring in advies mbt privacy gevoelige issues.
