Freelance Recruiter – parttime of fulltime – on site en remote– Zuid West-Vlaanderen
Voor een internationaal groeiend bedrijf in West-Vlaanderen zoeken we een ervaren freelance recruiter die het interne HR-team tijdelijk versterkt. Je beheert zelfstandig het volledige rekruteringsproces en biedt structurele ondersteuning aan senior stakeholders.

De opdracht

• End-to-end recruitment: intake, sourcing, interviews, shortlist en opvolging.
• Regelmatige updates en overlegmomenten met senior managers.
• Flexibel inzetbaar: remote werken of vanuit het kantoor in West-Vlaanderen.
• Actieve rollen in portefeuille omvatten zowel commerciële functies, als procurement, als technische rollen.

Jouw profiel

• Recruiter met bewezen ervaring in uiteenlopende profielen.
• Sterk in stakeholdermanagement en communicatie op senior niveau.
• Autonoom, gestructureerd, proactief.
• Beschikbaar op freelance basis, parttime of fulltime.
