Bonus pools preparation, accruals & budgets (Sept-Oct 24) 6. Knowledge Management and Transfer – team in transition : - Intl Mobility 2.0 – split between People Service & Rewards - Preparation of upcoming salary review 7. Interim Management - Package simulation & offers - Benchmarking - Advice/Guidance to HRBP’s or Talent Acquisition teams - Support the Head of P&R in day-to-day integration of Jr/Medior Professionnal and skills enhancement |
