Our client is a young, rapidly growing company that offers legal and compliance services and is part of a renowned ICT group. In a constantly changing regulatory landscape, they manage ESG, data protection, information security, and the legal operations of their clients.

📄 Your role:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in business analysis with a keen interest in legal & compliance technologies. A law degree is beneficial but not required; however, technical savvy is a must. Previous experience in legal & compliance tech is highly desirable. The successful candidate will exhibit meticulous attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and robust analytical and project management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive analysis to identify and define business requirements for enhancing legal & compliance technology solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications and functional requirements.
• Manage projects from conception through to execution, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Perform detailed requirement analyses, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses to support decision-making processes.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including project scopes, requirements, and reports.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to ensure alignment and understanding of project objectives and progress.
• Monitor project milestones and deliverables, providing regular updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Assist in the testing and implementation of new systems and enhancements, ensuring they meet business needs.

👥  Your Profile:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Law, or a related field. 
• 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a technology-driven environment. 
• Familiarity with no/low-code and legal & compliance tech tools is a plus.
• Strong technical proficiency and the ability to grasp complex software and systems quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
• Strong attention to detail and the capacity to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
• Proven project management skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
