Your mission is to handle and resolve legal questions and/or files regarding Employee Benefits and to assist the Tax & Legal Team Employee Benefits/Health Care of the Client and give legal support in order to limit the legal risk exposure and achieve full compliance with the applicable regulation.
Your mission relates to a large scope of Legal domains (Insurance law, Discrimination Law, Contract Law, GDPR, Labour Law & Social Security, Tax law) and consists in :
• performing legal and fiscal support in the business line; to customers by taking and defending positions on specific questions and/or in specific files;
• follow up complaints and disputes with the ombudsman and/or inspection authorities;
• if necessary, create information notes regarding business related topics.
The global objective of the function is to provide solutions to (corporate) customers and the business line in a constructive manner, and to ensure that the legal risk exposure remains under control for Employee Benefits/Health Care.
This concerns the market of sectors, employers or self-employed persons, both in the context of the 2nd pillar life insurance (mainly group insurance) and the Health Care products (individual and occupational health- & disability insurance), as well as of 3rd pillar life insurance contracts.

Your profile:
- You have a Master degree in law and at least 3 years of relevant experience in:
- Social and labour law and employee benefits or
- Insurance law and employee benefits
- You have a very good knowledge of Dutch and French
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Strong analytical skills
- Result and solution driven
- Strong communication skills
- You work autonomous as well as in team
- Knowledge of fiscal regulations in employee benefits or complementary pensions is a plus
